MISSU LIMITED (“we,” “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (the “Agreement” or the “Policy”) explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you use the Bee Find application (the “App” or “Software”) and our related services (the “Services”) and explains how we and some of the companies we cooperate processing your information. It also explains the choices you have to control the collection, correction and/or deletion of such information.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THE WAYS YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE PROCESSED. WHEN YOU USE THE APP YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

When you use the Software and Services, for analytical, business and operational purpose, we will collect and store the following types of information:

1) Device Data. We use APIs provided by IOS and third-party automatic data processing technologies (i.e. Google FireBase, Twittter Fabric or Appsflyer) to collect device-specific data, including your hardware manufacturer & model, operating system version, CPU model, unique device identifiers, screen size, mobile network information, country, language, etc. The purposes of collecting the device data are to: (i) operate and update the Software and Services; (ii) provide you with existing and new features, and inform you in advance of our new personalized service; (iii) maintain and improve the quality and operation of the Software and Services; and/or (iv) analyze which media source the user is from.

2) Usage Data. When you use our App, we use APIs provided by IOS, Google FireBase, Twittter Fabric or Appsflyer to collect your behavior information including how frequency you use our App, how long you may use and your usage path when using our Services. We collect such information to improve the user’s experience. The purposes of collecting the App Usage Data are to: (i) improve and customize the Software and Services; (ii) take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and Services; and/or(iii) enforce the terms and conditions applicable to the Software and Services and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof.

3) Social Networks Data. Such information we collect including your profile (such as your nickname, photos of your avatar), your relationship and your interactions on social networks through the Software and Services. All of this information is submitted by you, and we will upload it to our server. The purposes of collecting the social networks data are to: (i) improve and customize the Software and Services; (ii) provide you personalized content; and/or (iii) provide you with existing and new features.

4) GeoLocation. We use APIs provided by IOS to collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi or wireless network to obtain your location so as to provide our Services. We collect location that you check-in on your map to provide you record where you have visited. We also collect the location of your designated “places” to provide alerts when your circle members arrive and leave. If you turn off location sharing, we won’t share your location with your circle members. We maintain location data for a reasonable period to provide you with the Services.

5) Real-time Battery Data. We may collect your real-time battery data of your mobile devices by APIs provided by IOS. The purpose of the real-time battery data is to provide you and your circle members the remaining battery power of your mobile device, to notify you to charge in time. We maintain battery data for a reasonable period to provide the Services.

6) Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support Services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software, including, any individual user ID which will be automatically generated and assigned to you when you use the Software and Services and does not personally identify you. Our purposes of the support related information are: (i) to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and Services; (ii) to enforce the terms and conditions applicable to the Software and Services and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof; (iii) to comply and satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; and/or (iv) to provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback.

2. PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

The security of your information is our utmost priority, and we take precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We implement physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect your information that comply with applicable laws and industry standards. For example, we use firewalls, encryption and network access to prevent fraud and identity theft; our data is only stored in a centers that provides a high level of security for user’s information.

We also protect user privacy by seeking to minimize the amount of sensitive data and personal identifiable information (the “PII”). We also seek appropriate contractual protection for partners regarding their treatment of user data.

Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

When you use some Services, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features.

3. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We generally retain the information we collect as described in this Policy for as long as necessary for the provision of the Services, internal analytical purposes, or to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements (e.g. settlement). If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information.

However, some information may still be stored for a certain time period if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting or audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

4. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We may share your PII with third parties in some circumstances including:

4) We may share your information with certain third parties (including, without limitation, search engines, content providers, and advertising networks and platforms) that provide various services (such as advertising, marketing, analysis, content, and search) in connection with the Software and Services. We take appropriate measures to ensure that no user can be individually identified from the disclosure of such information, and we require these third parties (i) to keep the data secured, (ii) not to use the data for any other purpose other than to provide us with Services and (iii) to use the data solely in compliance with this Privacy Policy. If you want to delete any personal data which we have shared with the third parties, please contact our Data Protection Officer by email at:support@missu.ltd. We would try our best to notify the third party of deleting the relative personal data, but no warranty as to the deletion is made by us.

5. INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY

Certain Services may contain contents linking to advertisements, websites, products and other services provided by third parties in our Software (collectively, “Third Party Services”). The use of such Third Party Services is subject to their privacy policies. You shall be aware that the use of the Third Party Services may give these third parties the ability to access, collect, store, and/or share your information, both your PII and non-personally identifiable information. In order to clarify, we do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to such Third Party Services and your access to any Third Party Services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the information contained and/or made available through, the practices of, or your use or inability to use such Third Party Services. You expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of such Third Party Services. We recommended that you read the terms, conditions and privacy policies of such Third Party Services before using or accessing any of them.

For providing customized advertisement, the third-party advertising companies may collect or use your personal information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) when you use the Software or Services.

6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS

You have the right to access, modify, correct or delete any personal data we may have collected. In order to exercise this right, please contact us by email at support@missu.ltd. If you are in the European Economic Area (EAA), you have the right to (subject to a limited number of exceptions): (i) request access to, correct or delete your personal information; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal information; and (iii) ask for a copy of your personal information to be provided in a digital format. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority in the EEA regarding the processing of your personal information. 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Software and Services allows parents or guardian to keep track of their child’s location through mobile devices that the parents or guardian has added to the family account. The Software and Services are only intended to be used by children under 16 or other statutory minimum age (the “Minimum Age”) with involvement and approval from parents or guardian.

The child under Minimum Age will then be able to participate in the Software and Services as a member of that family account. The personal information of a child under Minimum Age, including location, will be shared with other members of the family account and such child user will be permitted to contact, and be contacted by, other members of the family account through the Software. We may collect, use, disclose, and store the personal information of child under Minimum Age as described in this Policy.

The parent or guardian may contact us to review and/or delete any personal information we have collected from the child under Minimum Age, or to withdraw permission for us to collect any additional information from the child under the Minimum Age. Please contact us at support@missu.ltd if you have concern about your child’s account. If you believe that we might have inadvertently collected information from a child under Minimum Age without consent from parent or guardian, please contact us at support@missu.ltd.

8. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE YOUR TERRITORY

We work in the international space and provide our App to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App may transfer your information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

Where you located in the EEA, as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the App and/or Services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy may change from time to time. Any change will be notified or published on our websites or at the interface of the Software. Your continuous use of the Software will be deemed as your acceptance of such update.
