This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we share it. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Software. By downloading and installing our App, you agree that we can collect, transfer, store, disclose and use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Information that you submit to the Software
In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device.
Collection and processing of your facial features information:
When you first use the face recognition function including but not limited to FACE SWAP, CARTOON, MAKE UP, HAIR SALON, MIRROR FACE, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to your camera and album to obtain your facial photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and album. We will then use FirebaseSDK and other SDK provided by third party to process the facial features data in the photos, analyze the information on the photos, automatically capture the position and shape of the five sense organs in the photos, and feedback the effect drawing to you. If you cease to consent or affirmatively revoke consent for our collection and processing of your facial features information, we will promptly cease all such collection and processing.
Storage and sharing of your facial features information
The purpose of processing facial features information is only to operate the face recognition functions of the App. For such facial features information, photo and effect drawing, we will neither store nor share them with any third parties.
Information that is processed automatically
We may use XcodeAPI to collect certain technical information regarding your device, including device configuration and identifiers, UUID, IDFA, network status,version of operating system, country and language.
We may use XcodeAPI to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). These companies can be contacted through their websites: https://www.apple.com. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:
to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;
to improve and customize the Software and the Service;
to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software;
